Grace Lee
University of Pennsylvania
Grace Lee is a Ph.D. candidate in Pharmacology at the University of Pennsylvania, conducting research in the lab of Dr. Colin Conine. Her work focuses on how small RNAs regulate gene expression during early development, with a particular interest in sperm-derived microRNAs and their role in shaping embryonic gene regulation. Grace integrates molecular biology and high-throughput sequencing approaches to uncover mechanisms of epigenetic inheritance in mammals. Upon completion of her graduate studies, she plans to pursue postdoctoral research in RNA therapeutics, with a focus on developing and optimizing RNA delivery systems to enable targeted and effected treatments.
