Dr. Lisbeth Robinson is counsel at Lathrop GPM, where she focuses on patent preparation and prosecution in the chemical and life sciences industries. A former patent examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Lisbeth brings a unique blend of technical and legal experience to her practice, assisting clients with patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses.

She was the first graduate of the University of Minnesota’s Joint JD/Ph.D. Program in Law, Health and the Life Sciences, earning her Ph.D. in Pharmacology. Lisbeth’s experience spans domestic and international patent portfolio development, helping clients maximize the value of their innovations.
