- We offer Registration Waivers for students attending MSIs or HBCUs students, Inclusivity Grants for Early Career Researchers (students, postdocs, and junior faculty within their first three years), Travel Support Awards, Family Support Awards .
- Notification of cancelation must be made in writing by May 1, 2026 for a full refund. A 50% refund will be given for requests between May 2 - June 1, 2026. Requests made after June 1st will not be accepted.Please send your request to RNATherapeutics@umassmed.edu. We honor the transfer of registration until June 15, 2026. Please allow up to 14 business days to process a refund.
- You will have access to all scientific talks, poster sessions and other symposium related activities. Join us for the Welcome Reception on Wednesday, June 24th for complimentary drinks and appetizers. Breakfast, coffee breaks and lunch will be served on June 25th & 26th. The evening event scheduled for Thursday, June 25th is an additional fee.

- RNATx is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. (Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks.) Participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the symposium (without a refund) at the discretion of the conference organizers.
- We will send you login information by June 23, 2026, with instructions on how to access the virtual platform. You will be able to stream all live scientific talks, have access to all posters in the poster session, and visit some of our exhibitors virtually. Talks will be available for 30-days after the close of the symposium.
- If you are traveling to UMass Chan Medical School via air, Boston Logan Airport is about 50 minutes away depending on traffic, and Worcester Airport is about 20 minutes away with limited flights. TF Green Airport in Providence, RI, and Hartford-Brainard Airport in Hartford, CT are each approximately 1 hour by car from UMass Chan, while the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport in Manchester, NH is 1 ½ hours by car. - There will be shuttle service from the Beechwood Hotel during symposium hours. You will need to utilize local transportation if you plan to stay at other locations.We will also have a shuttle available from the parking lot across the street from UMass Chan Medical School. Parking is located at the Biotech II building off of Plantation Street. There is no charge for parking.
- Parking will be available in the lot across the street from UMass Chan Medical School. Please look for Event Parking signage. Valet parking will be free of charge. A shuttle will be available to bring you across the street to the symposium event site. You can also walk across the street and make your way to the 1st floor entrance of the Albert Sherman Center.
- Upon arrival to UMass Chan Medical School please go to the Albert Sherman Center to pick up your registration materials. It is always required that you where your registration badge while on the campus. The badge will give you access to all symposium related events.
- Breakfast, coffee breaks and lunch will be available on June 25th and 26th and is included with your registration fee. If you have specific dietary needs, please let us know at RNATherapeutics@umassmed.edu.
